Founded in 2019, IHI LTD offers its clients high quality services while respecting their budget and their schedule. All our associates have a strong experience in private industry, on large-scale projects, and in consulting.

Stephane
DALLAIRE
Founder & Director
Stephane is an experienced Environmental, Industrial Hygiene and Health & Safety professional who has led and worked on major projects in Canada, New Caledonia, Madagascar, West Africa, and Middle East. He has over 27 years of experience.
He earned his Master’s degree in Occupational Health from McGill University and his Bachelor’s degree in Physical Geography from Sherbrooke University.
In the area of consulting, he established a new place of business for Groupe Gesfor from 2004 to 2008 (Quebec City) and was Department Director – Hygiene, Health & Safety at Englobe (2015-2017). He also coordinated the ESIA and RAP for a major mining company in Guinea (2012-2015) and implemented a comprehensive industrial hygiene program for two (2) mega projects in New Caledonia and Madagascar (2008-2013). Moreover, Stephane led environmental monitoring campaigns on multiple projects (e.g., ambient air, surface water, groundwater, sediment, noise, vibration, etc.).
Stephane is certified by the Board for Global EHS Credentialing (CIH©) and the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (CSP©). He also is a voting member of the American Conference of Governmental Industrial Hygienists (ACGIH) and the American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA).
